a treatment by removing the tooth from the socket bone. Due to many reasons as follows:

- tooth decaying to the pulp layer and cannot be restored

​- teeth with intractable periodontal disease

   (Advanced periodontal disease)

- baby teeth does not fall out over time causing the permanent

   teeth underneath to not be replaced or the permanent teeth

   growing in the wrong position
